When you submit a reservation request or a contact form to us, you provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and other personal data information. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete the reservations; (iii) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (iv) to meet your specific needs; and (v) to make product improvements. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming each reservation you transaction. We value opinions and comments from guests, so we frequently conduct surveys (direct). These surveys are entirely optional for all guests. When you reserve or purchase our services we provide or demand information about you from travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your stay arrangements.

The Right of Portability of Personal Data
